FAQs

How long will my order take? TOP

Orders are shipped directly from the stationery manufacturer.  Items ship about a week from proof approval.  Non-personalized, in-stock items will ship within 2 business days.

How much will I pay for shipping? TOP

Orders placed on the Match Point Stationery website will be charged the following ground shipping rates:

$100.01-$200        $14.95
$200.01 and up    $16.95

Expedited shipping options are also available.  Orders placed from our partner websites are subject to their shipping rates.  Unfortunately, we are not able to combine orders between websites for singular shipping rates.

Will I be charged sales tax? TOP

A sales tax of 7% will be applied to all orders shipped within New Jersey.  Orders from any other state will not be charged sales tax.

Is my credit card safe? TOP

Yes! We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All payments are collected using 128-bit SSL technology to keep your confidential information safe.

How is my order shipped? TOP

Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS and U.S. Postal Service to street addresses (no post office boxes) within the continental United States.

Can I see a proof of my order before printing? TOP

If you have ordered a proof, it will be emailed to you typically within 24-48 hours after your order is submitted.

Can my order be rushed? TOP

Orders can be rushed for an additional $8 net per item. If an order is placed prior to 5:00 pm Eastern time, it will be shipped the next working day.

How do I go about ordering a special occasion invitation (Wedding, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Birth Announcement, etc.)? TOP

Special occasion invitations deserve special attention! Let us provide you with personalized service to make ordering easier. Make an appointment to select your invitation in person, or contact us via email or phone to place an order.

Do you offer any special sales or promotions? TOP

Yes! We offer seasonal promotions, and sales from our partner stationery lines are continually being offered. Join our mailing list and be in the know on what’s happening!

What if there is a mistake with my order? Can I return it? TOP

Personalized products may not be returned, but if you need to have your order redone, we can do so at a discount of 25%. Sometimes errors are made by the manufacturer. If that is the case, your order will be redone and rush shipped at no charge to you, if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How is my privacy protected? TOP

At Match Point Stationery, your privacy is important to us! All personal information is confidential and will not be shared with any third parties unless forced to do so by law. Please feel free to contact us with questions and concerns.
